1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between barhawin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the barhawin website at barhawin.net and all associated mobile, web, and application interfaces operated by barhawin.

By accessing the barhawin platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder, a guest user browsing the site, or a person engaging with any promotional material distributed by barhawin — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

barhawin reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent in-platform notification. Your continued use of barhawin following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of barhawin is subject to the following strict eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any barhawin service. barhawin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. We conduct identity verification checks and may request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle.
2. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of barhawin is lawful in your jurisdiction. barhawin does not guarantee that its services are legal in all territories. You must not access barhawin from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account on barhawin. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. Any registration that contains false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be rejected or suspended at barhawin's discretion.
5. Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): By registering, you confirm that you are not a politically exposed person or an immediate family member of one, where such status would conflict with barhawin's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations under applicable international standards.

3 Account Responsibilities

Once registered, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your barhawin account. Your specific obligations include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notifying barhawin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your account credentials have been compromised. Contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] without delay.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, current and accurate at all times. barhawin will use the contact details on file for all official communications, including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and important policy updates.
• Ensuring that all payment methods linked to your barhawin account are registered in your own name. barhawin does not accept payments from third-party JazzCash wallets, EasyPaisa accounts, bank accounts, or any other payment instrument not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Using barhawin services for personal recreational purposes only. Systematic extraction of value through coordinated play, use of automated bots or software tools, or any form of commercial exploitation of the platform is strictly prohibited.

barhawin will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on barhawin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

1. Deposit Methods: barhawin currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by method and are published in the Payments section of the barhawin Help Centre.
2. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to users who have completed the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, which includes submission and approval of identity documentation and proof of payment method ownership. barhawin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
3. Processing Times: barhawin aims to process withdrawal requests on verified accounts within one (1) business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the payment method used. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
4. Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and payment methods. These limits are published within the platform and may be adjusted subject to account verification status, transaction history, and risk assessment.
5. Refusal of Transactions: barhawin reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or any suspicious activity is suspected. Where a transaction is refused, barhawin will endeavour to notify the user within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are conducted in PKR. barhawin does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions, but crypto deposits may involve network fees which are the user's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

barhawin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional communication:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus credit.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. Live table games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. The eligible games list and contribution rates for each active promotion are published in the promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a barhawin account at any given time. Where a user has an active wagering requirement, a new bonus will not be applied until the existing requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: barhawin employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and coordinated exploitation of promotions by groups of users. Detection of such activity will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account suspension.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Offers: barhawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after credit, any associated wagering requirement will be cancelled and the bonus amount will be removed from the account balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the barhawin platform:

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at barhawin's absolute discretion. barhawin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation. Bets placed are not confirmed until you have received an explicit confirmation notification within the platform.
2. Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake (palpable error), barhawin reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions. The outcome of any game or market determined under conditions of demonstrable technical failure will not stand.
3. Cricket & Sports Betting: Sports betting markets, including all cricket markets covering PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, ODIs, and domestic tournaments, are subject to barhawin's Sports Betting Rules. Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or result is otherwise undetermined, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in the relevant market rules published on the platform.
4. Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round will be settled according to the game's recorded state at the point of disconnection. barhawin is not responsible for connectivity issues on the user's end.
5. Maximum Winnings: barhawin applies maximum payout limits per bet and per product category. These limits are published within the platform and may vary by game type, market, and account status.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the barhawin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or gameplay
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the barhawin platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or the use of non-public information to gain advantage in sports betting markets
• Conducting transactions on barhawin for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Allowing or facilitating access to your barhawin account by any third party, including family members
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward barhawin staff or other platform users through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the barhawin platform's source code, servers, or infrastructure

8 Responsible Gaming

barhawin is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for the vast majority of our users, can become problematic for a minority of individuals. barhawin provides the following tools and measures to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the account dashboard. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. Once a session limit is reached, the user will be automatically logged out and must wait before logging in again.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting and gameplay is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the user will be unable to access gaming or betting services.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from barhawin. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. barhawin will remove the user from all promotional communications immediately upon self-exclusion.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the barhawin platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any barhawin content; create derivative works based on barhawin content; use barhawin's trademarks, logos, or brand identity for any commercial purpose; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the barhawin platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, regardless of whether barhawin has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Any losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of barhawin services, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain adequate credential security
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the barhawin platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, and game result information

The barhawin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. barhawin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content, service, or feature available on the platform.

11 Privacy & Data

barhawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using barhawin services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

barhawin implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, secure encrypted storage of sensitive account data, and strict internal access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.

barhawin will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties where required for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

12 Termination & Account Closure

barhawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The user is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The user is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point
• barhawin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the account
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires the account to be suspended or closed
• barhawin ceases to offer services in a particular jurisdiction and the user is located in that jurisdiction

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting barhawin's support team. Where an account is closed at the user's request and no outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or active investigations are in progress, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via their verified payment method within 5–10 business days.

Accounts that have been suspended due to suspected fraud or breach of Terms will not have funds returned until a full investigation has been completed and the outcome has been determined in the user's favour.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which barhawin holds its operating licence. barhawin operates as a licensed international gaming platform, and users acknowledge that the platform's regulatory framework is governed by its international licensing authority.
